I talk about the prisoners of Deppart
Imprisonment This reminds me of the prisoners of Deppart. Those who were imprisoned with nought but darkness and chain, starved to the very brink of death only to be pulled back inches. The only taste that passed through their lips was that of stale bread and metallic water, and the overbearing smell of grime and waste settled on their tongues like dust. If you asked those prisoners now though, they would say that this torture was a blessing...for as their stomaches shrunk, their wrists grew thin. Soon their chains slipped off, allowing them to grasp opportunity and sneak through the shadows unseen. Through their imprisonment came their freedom.
